FAQs
You’ve got questions, we’ve got answers

No long-term contracts here (unless you’re ready for that!). We offer flexible solutions for our clients that include one-off consultation sessions, project-based work, and ongoing contracts with a minimum duration of three months. We want our clients to feel fully supported and their needs acknowledged, and that includes truly listening to find a solution that works for them.

Absolutely! As a Greater Boston-based firm, we love working with local and national clients alike. Even if we’re in different time zones (plenty of past and current clients are rolling out of bed by the time we’re on our second cup of coffee), we develop systems and processes to ensure we’re on the same page.

We’ve worked with dozens of placemaking real estate developers and hyper-local brands and businesses over the past decade, so if there’s one thing we know, it’s how to bring your project to life - wherever you’re located. With team members and partners located across the United States, we’re able to rope in the right people at the right time to capture the uniqueness of your project. The last thing you’d want is your marketing to sound like it was done by a non-local, right? *Cringe*. We hear you!

While we’ve narrowed down our client base to five core industries, what we’re really looking for with any client is if they can answer this question: What’s your why? If your business is driven by a greater purpose and has a story to tell, we want to help you tell it. Take a look at our about page and get to know more about what drives us. If you find yourself nodding along, you’re exactly who we want to work with.

We pride ourselves on the fact that each and every client relationship we have is uniquely different from the next, from the scope of work to the level of involvement needed. We have clients who we’re in daily contact with and others who we check in with once a month; clients who prefer to be part of brainstorming and strategy and others who just want to see the finished product. All this to say, you can be involved as you want to be. We’re supposed to make your life easier, not harder, afterall.

How’s right now sound? All kidding aside, from our initial conversation to project kickoff, our average lead time is about 2-3 weeks. That gives us both a chance to get to know each other, craft a thoughtful proposal, and iron out next steps to set things in motion. The first month is our “onboarding” period where we’ll sort out our processes as we simultaneously get things moving on your project, because we don’t want to waste any valuable time (and we know you don’t, either!).
